Alexander Steele Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading FMCG brand to find an Operations Project Manager. Due to business growth, the Operations Director is seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with them.
The primary objective of this role is to implement and execute strategic operational projects, focusing on business process mapping, matrix mapping, and ad-hoc projects.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design, create, and launch Business Process Maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Support the Board of Directors in developing and preparing the company's growth strategy and overall business planning.
- Prepare and present monthly analysis and reports on operations and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to allocate weekly departmental actions through the SharePoint platform.
- Utilize agreed systems to manage regional functions, analysis, and documentation.
- Work with the Operations Leadership Team to establish projects that support business growth.
- Develop project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timely completion.
- Manage internal and external projects, including those with suppliers and contracted services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG.
- Highly organized and motivated individual.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate others and build effective relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Office-based position.
- Salary: £65-£75 (dependent on experience).
- 28 days annual leave.
- Company pension scheme (Employer 5%, Employee 3%).
- On-site parking.
