About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and treatment to adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care environments who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
