About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement risk assessments and develop risk management plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working with patients with mental health problems.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
