About the Role
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care environments who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
