Job Description

**Regional Lead, Business Development**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead, Business Development to join our Growth Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned region. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with our customers, and contribute to the delivery of our business growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a regional business growth strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to our senior leadership team, highlighting opportunities and challenges in the region.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of business development and growth in a financial services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SME market and the needs of our target customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
