Childcare Development Officer Role at Loughborough College

We are in search of passionate Childcare Development Officers to become part of our esteemed team at Loughborough College. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational experiences for young children, ensuring that each child's unique requirements are met. You will engage in the design and implementation of interactive activities that foster a lively and enriching atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the childcare field, along with a solid understanding of Early Years Development principles. A minimum Level 2 qualification in Child Care or Play Work is essential, and candidates should be prepared to pursue further qualifications. Strong collaborative skills are vital for success in this position.
