Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Mentorship: Assess and mentor learners working towards Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Standards to Level 3, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Diary Management: Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted, maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
  • Documentation and Administration: Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Learner Support: Support, advise, and motivate learners, overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet individual needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must hold a recognized qualification in Motor Mechanics at Level 3 or above.
  • Occupational Competency: Must hold solid, occupational competency as a Vehicle Mechanic/Engineer.
  • Apprenticeship Knowledge: An understanding of Apprenticeship programmes is essential.
  • Driving License: Must hold a full, clean UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible with travel and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
