Job Overview

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated talent solutions that drive business results for clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Analysis: Lead complex analysis sessions with client teams to gather requirements, define, and design future state business processes based on customer needs.
  • Process Efficiency: Actively seek ways to apply business process efficiencies via technology, consulting on market and technical trends, and recommending best practices resulting in operational gain.
  • Technical Expertise: Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external) and develop alternative technical or business solutions; advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
  • Configuration and Testing: Ensure configuration is accurate based on business and technical requirements; complete end-to-end configuration testing, coordinate and lead client user testing, document and track test results, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Change Management: Lead all change management activities by defining client-specific strategies, consulting on best practices, and formulating actionable plans to deploy change management efforts.
  • Documentation and Training: Draft and own all process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials relevant to the future state program and change management activities.
  • Process Improvement: Dedicate effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across the team.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Identify and document implementation best practices and socialize them across AGS teams.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and/or train new implementation team members.
Requirements
  • Contingent Workforce Management: Thorough understanding of the end-to-end contingent workforce management process, including successful process and system implementation strategy and execution.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact.
  • Process Mapping: Experience in process mapping and business process modeling.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, solving technical and business problems; effectively present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Advanced ability to lead client discussions and drive project teams to decision consensus.
  • Self-Discipline: Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Documentation Skills: Advanced ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including but not limited to process maps, operational manuals, and training materials.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge on at least one of them.
  • Software Skills: Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio.
  • Project Management: Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
