Job Description

**Job Title:** Enterprise Implementation Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Specialist to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As an Enterprise Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing MSP and RPO operational services with a supporting SaaS vendor system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and design future state process maps to optimize business processes.
  • Test system configuration based on approved requirements and ensure accurate configuration is completed.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables.
  • Mentor and train new team members to enhance implementation methodology and identify process improvement strategies.
  • Document and maintain detailed process maps, operational manuals, and training materials.
  • Travel up to 25% to support client projects and meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of direct consulting and/or process efficiency experience.
  • Advanced understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process, including successful process and system implementation strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus.
  • Ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including process maps, operational manuals, and training materials.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools.
