Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Analysis and Process Design: Lead complex analysis sessions with client teams to gather requirements, define, and design future state business processes that meet customer needs.
  • Business Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to apply business process efficiencies via technology, consulting on market and technical trends, and recommending best practices to drive operational gains.
  • Technical and Business Solutions: Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions, advising on options, risks, costs, and benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
  • Configuration and Testing: Ensure accurate configuration based on business and technical requirements, including completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading client user testing, documenting and tracking test results, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Change Management: Lead all change management activities by defining client-specific strategies, consulting on best practices, and formulating actionable plans to deploy change management efforts.
  • Documentation and Training: Draft and own all process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials relevant to the future state program and change management activities.
  • Process Improvement: Dedicate effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across the team.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Identify and document implementation best practices and socialize them across Allegis Group Services, Inc. teams as appropriate.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor and/or train new implementation team members.
Requirements
  • Contingent Workforce Management: Thorough understanding of the end-to-end contingent workforce management process, including successful process and system implementation strategy and execution.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes, and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact.
  • Process Mapping: Experience in process mapping and business process modeling.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, solving technical and business problems, and effectively presenting conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Documentation: Advanced ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including but not limited to process maps, operational manuals, and training materials.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of all Allegis Group Services, Inc. VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge on at least one of them.
  • Software Skills: Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio, and fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
