About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Senior to join our team at ProTalent. As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Managing tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and corporation tax.
  • Providing company secretarial services, including company formation, maintenance, and dissolution.
  • Preparing and reviewing management accounts and bookkeeping records.
  • Providing businesses and individuals with ongoing advice and support on accounting and tax matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized accounting practice.
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or studying, or qualified by experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
