Occupational Therapist

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of occupational therapists in delivering patient-centred care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Occupational Therapy qualification and UK HCPC registration.
- Extensive experience in working with patients with complex needs, particularly those with ABI, neurological conditions, and autism spectrum conditions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and communication.
- Strong leadership and clinical skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
- Knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models, with the ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
- An annual salary of £35,000.
