Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on handling objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a customer-centric mindset.
  • The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high service quality.
