Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Financial Management: Manage customer subscriptions, billing, and financial administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze financial reports to inform retention strategies and identify areas for revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance customer success and retention.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use customer data to identify risks and opportunities within accounts, and regularly review financial performance metrics and customer health scores to drive retention strategies.
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer account management role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on subscription management and financial administration.
- Financial Software: Proficiency with financial software tools like Stripe, Excel, and other financial management platforms.
- Process Development: Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures that enhance customer success and retention.
- Financial Analysis: Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, data management, and reporting.
- Subscription Management: Experience using subscription management and billing platforms such as Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora, or similar tools, as well as Hubspot CRM systems for tracking customer engagement and retention.
- Administrative and Organisational: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships, resolve financial issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on customer accounts and financial strategies.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
- Financial Software: Advanced experience with financial software tools and SaaS billing systems.
- Enterprise Accounts: Background in managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts.
