About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Fleet. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading by example and working within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Achieve targets and maximize sales through effective store operations and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Maximize multi-channel and online sales through effective use of digital platforms.
  • Support the store manager in actively recruiting volunteers to enhance the store's community engagement.
  • Achieve expectations within campaign activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Work with the manager to generate stock and maintain an efficient inventory management system.
About You

We are looking for someone who has the innovation and commercial awareness to encourage new ideas and create an enjoyable working environment for colleagues. You will have experience in a customer-facing role, either in retail, hospitality, or service industries, and be comfortable using MS Office and various POS systems.
