About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Fleet. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize online and multi-channel sales
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure stock levels are optimized
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of volunteers and sales assistants
  • Work closely with the store manager to generate stock and manage inventory levels

This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours per week, with some weekend work. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including annual leave, staff discount, and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with commercial awareness, experience in customer-facing roles, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
