Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide critical support to our financial advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, arranging meetings, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage the diaries of our financial advisors, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
- Client Reviews: Prepare and manage client reviews, including the creation of meeting packs and agendas.
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare client communications, including suitability reports, client agreements, and agendas.
- Post-Meeting Actions: Manage post-meeting actions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.
- Technology Support: Utilize existing and new technology to deliver support in a profitable manner.
Support to the Managing Director
- Diary Management and Oversight: Manage the diary of the Managing Director and oversee their inbox, ensuring timely responses to client queries.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas and papers, ensuring the Managing Director is well-prepared for client meetings.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficient in all MS Office applications, platforms, and websites, including Cashcalc, FE analytics, and Dynamic Planner.
- Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
