Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional Information Officer to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. This is a key leadership role that will play a crucial part in the success of our Digital and Nursing Strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting workstreams as part of the Trust's EPR implementation project, working closely with the Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) and Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO). They will also be responsible for ensuring AHP adoption and engagement in the use of technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support workstreams as part of the EPR implementation project
  • Collaborate with the CNIO and CCIO to develop and implement digital solutions to support nursing, midwifery, and AHP practice
  • Ensure AHP adoption and engagement in the use of technology
  • Develop clinical information that supports and enhances AHP practice and organisational efficiency
Requirements
  • Relevant professional/clinical qualification (HCPC registered)
  • First level degree in related healthcare discipline
  • Master's degree relevant to role or equivalent experience
  • Teaching/Mentorship qualification
  • Clinical Safety Officer Practitioner or willingness to undertake
Desirable Criteria
  • Digital Health Leadership course or working towards
  • Post Grad management qualification and/or equivalent experience
  • Project management qualification/experience
