Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution programme, working closely with our delivery staff and support staff to achieve excellent outcomes and meet the performance expectations of our commissioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to deliver the CFO Evolution Activity Hubs contract
  • Develop and maintain local relationships to ensure a good range of provision to support participants
  • Develop and implement effective marketing activities to ensure the service receives participant referrals to meet contractual requirements
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant services to participants
  • Manage data integrity and data security, including maintenance of the required audit trail
  • Manage petty cash and client spend
  • Ensure services are delivered with probity and integrity
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the Justice Sector, Activity Hubs CFO Evolution interventions and services
  • Working knowledge of the principles of people management and employment law
  • Previous management experience
  • Understanding of MI and financial information
  • Knowledge of relevant policy (local and national)
  • Track record of achieving tangible performance results
