Land Acquisition Specialist

Are you a motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in land and planning? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Land Manager to join our team at TH Recruit.
About the Role:As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for managing sites from initial identification of land to its acquisition and beyond. You will lead on the submission and negotiation of planning applications, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic land initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of the Strategic Land Promoter.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sites from initial identification to acquisition and beyond.
- Lead on the submission and negotiation of planning applications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic land initiatives.
- Engage in development appraisals and contribute to the assessment of potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Strategic Land Promoter.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field (house builder, land promoter).
- Motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in land and planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Competitive salary circa (up to £40,000), commensurate with experience. Attractive benefits package and bonus structure. Hybrid working.
