TH Recruit is collaborating with a distinguished Strategic Land Promoter to find a dynamic and motivated land professional. This exciting opportunity welcomes candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in a land acquisition role with a house builder or land promoter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sites from initial identification of land to its acquisition and beyond.
- Be responsible for managing the Strategic Land portfolio across the patch.
- Lead on the submission and negotiation of planning applications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic land initiatives.
- Engage in development appraisals and contribute to the assessment of potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field (house builder, land promoter).
- Motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in land and planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Package:
- Competitive salary circa (up to £40,000), commensurate with experience.
- Attractive benefits package and bonus structure.
- Hybrid working.
