Job Title: Land Manager

Job Summary:

TH Recruit is collaborating exclusively with a distinguished Strategic Land Promoter to find a dynamic and motivated land professional. This exciting opportunity welcomes candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in a land acquisition role with a house builder or land promoter. Assistant or Graduate Land professionals looking for a career advancement will also be considered, with the role offering robust support and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sites from initial identification of land to its acquisition and beyond.
  • Be responsible for managing the Strategic Land portfolio across the patch.
  • Lead on the submission and negotiation of planning applications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic land initiatives.
  • Engage in development appraisals and contribute to the assessment of potential opportunities.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Strategic Land Promoter.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field (house builder, land promoter).
  • Motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in land and planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Package:

  • Competitive salary circa (up to £40,000), commensurate with experience.
  • Attractive benefits package and bonus structure.
  • Hybrid working.
