Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and motivation to the CAMHS team, fostering an environment of excellence and high standards.
- Oversee the operational, strategic, and financial management of the CAMHS unit, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective clinical care.
- Collaborate with other service leads to maintain optimal staffing levels and manage service user needs effectively.

- Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to implement best practices and cultivate a culture of clinical excellence.
