Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our Therapy Service, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across our CAMHS and Adult services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the Occupational Therapy Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, and students, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with the Therapy Lead and Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategic plans for the Therapy Service.
- Ensure the effective management of resources, including staff, budgets, and equipment.
- Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 3 years post-qualifying experience, with a strong background in Mental Health, preferably with experience in CAMHS and Adult services.
- Substantial experience of inpatient work and leadership roles.
- Annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
