Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across our CAMHS and Adult services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the Occupational Therapy Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, and students, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Occupational Therapy practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the service meets the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 3 years post-qualifying experience in Mental Health, preferably with both CAMHS and Adult experience.
- Substantial experience of inpatient work, with a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Annual salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- The equivalent of 33 days annual leave, plus your birthday off.
