A well-established, local client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join their busy sales office on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Our client requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and provide administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all incoming orders
- Produce company reports and documentation
- Maintain all paper and electronic filing systems
- Raise sales orders and collate job orders
- Assist with invoicing and expenses tracking
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments
- Ensure discretion and compliance is adhered to at all times and assist in audit preparations
- Work closely with and liaise with other internal colleagues/departments
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior administrative role
- Audit knowledge would be an advantage, however not essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Portrays enthusiasm, passion, and ambition to learn and develop
- Confident in working under pressure and multitasking
- Takes a positive, proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours; 8.30am – 5.00pm each day with a 1 hour lunch break
- Office-based
Salary:
- £12.82ph – £15.38ph depending on experience
