Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Relief Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
The role will involve meeting and greeting staff, visitors, and contractors, delivering a high-end customer-focused experience, and responding to varying and fast-changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a full SIA Licence, a driving licence, and at least 5 years of security experience.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner
- Deliver a consistently high-end customer-focused experience
- Respond appropriately to varying and fast-changing priorities
- Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV
- Conduct external patrols and duties
- Maintain all logbooks and records, ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion, and conduct effective handover procedures
- Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices to management
- During patrols, switch off unnecessary lights and close windows
- Undertake any other duties as requested by Management
- Full SIA Licence
- Driving Licence
- 5+ years security experience
- Right to work in the UK
- A five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
