About the Position

Exciting Opportunity for a Security Relief Officer

Are you prepared to elevate your career?

We are presenting a remarkable opportunity for a Security Relief Officer to become part of our esteemed client’s team.

Full-time role, 36 hours per week

Compensation: £11.50 per hour

Flexible working hours, including shifts during the day, night, and weekends

Role Overview
  • Greet all personnel, guests, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Quickly adjust to shifting priorities
  • Prevent unauthorized entry to the premises
  • Oversee security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV
  • Conduct external patrols and perform assigned duties
  • Keep precise records and ensure timely completion of paperwork
  • Report any issues, hazards, or unsafe practices to management
  • Conserve energy during patrols by turning off unnecessary lights and securing windows
  • Assist with any additional responsibilities assigned by Management
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid SIA Licence
  • Valid Driving Licence required
  • Minimum of 5 years in security roles
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive
  • Effective problem-solving skills and results-oriented
  • Team-oriented with conflict resolution capabilities
  • Proficient in IT, vigilant, and self-disciplined
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach
