Security Officer

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a Relief Security Officer to support multiple contracts in the Cambridge area.
Shifts will include days, nights, and weekends, with a pay rate of £12.01.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver a smooth, efficient, and consistent security operation on multiple sites, ensuring all relevant operational information is accurately and effectively cascaded to site management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gatehouse duties
- CCTV viewing
- Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide a visible high-profile security presence
- Booking in and out vehicles and visitors
- Searching staff, contractors, and vehicles
- Check alarms and log information
- Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
- Have a flexible approach to work
The ideal candidate must have:
- A valid SIA Licence
- A checkable 5-year work history
- Reliability with flexibility being key
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A full driving licence
- Own transport
