We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Rent Collection Service team. As a Revenue Services Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in achieving positive outcomes for our tenants by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely rent payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants to resolve rent arrears and other debt issues.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to tenants through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
