About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Expert to join our Defined Benefits team at Just Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting complex queries, overseeing member servicing activities, and ensuring processes meet our servicing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and issuing quotations from deferred pension schemes
  • Training and mentoring team members to reduce quality issues
  • Verifying payrolls from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
  • Ensuring accurate member option calculations are paid on time

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Defined Benefit Pensions, specifically around quotations, deferred calculations, and member options
  • Excellent team working skills, with the ability to establish and communicate priorities to ensure adequate support is given to the team and TPAs
