About the Role

We are a prestigious luxury aesthetic clinic seeking a dedicated and sales-focused Assistant Supervisor to support our management team in the seamless operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a polished appearance, have experience working with an upscale clientele, and have a passion for both sales and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Meet and exceed sales and inquiry conversion targets.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, team training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist management with various operational tasks, collaborating with highly skilled professionals in the field.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in Assistant Management or Front of House Management within the aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or luxury spa sector.
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a receptionist role.
  • 3 years of experience handling new client inquiries and converting them.
  • 2 years of team supervision or management experience.
  • Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in a doctor-led clinic is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Willingness to work some weekends.
