About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at JOSEPH, a leading luxury fashion brand. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in maintaining exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Team Management: Motivate and engage the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales budgets.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Maintain a high standard of shop floor and display merchandise.
  • Deputising: Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, deputising in their absence.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build relationships with new clientele and maintain relationships with established clients.
Requirements
  • People Skills: Strong people skills, approachable, good communicator, listener, and empathetic.
  • Luxury Retail Experience: Experience and knowledge of working within a luxury or premium retail brand.
  • Passion for Luxury Fashion: Passionate about luxury fashion and eager to share that passion with others.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business needs and motivated by sales.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamworking skills and ability to collaborate with others.
