Job Title: Supervisor - Luxury Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
* Monitor and control stock levels, visual merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a high-quality shopping environment
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
* Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
* Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong knowledge of luxury brands and products
