Senior Implementation Consultant

Clarivate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property Lifecycle Management Professional Services team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our IPLM software to clients, leveraging your expertise in intellectual property management best practices and implementation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Assume ownership of implementation projects from initiation to close, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Manage and balance business stakeholders' and client expectations regarding schedule, cost, and scope, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Monitor project progress, proactively managing and escalating potential scope and budget issues.
- Monitor and report on implementation project key success metrics.
- Assist in the continuous improvement and documentation of standard operating procedures and processes for the Intellectual Property Group Professional Services team.
This role reports to the Manager, Service Implementation, working as part of a team of 7 Inprotech Implementation Consultants based across the UK and Germany.
