About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory in East Anglia, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a diverse range of customers, including Local Authorities, Regional Developers, One-Off Installers, Builders' Merchants, and Main Contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, working closely with customers to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record and steady work history.
