Role Overview:
The primary responsibility is to manage health and safety protocols during the construction phase of EMCOR UK projects.
Duties:
- Engage with clients and other stakeholders
- Develop Construction Phase Plans
- Coordinate contractors for compliance
- Conduct site inductions and safety briefings
- Ensure site security and welfare facilities
- Assist in project execution
- Identify opportunities for enhancement
- Oversee installations effectively
- Comply with safety regulations
- Participate in internal training
- Operate in a secure environment
- Communicate proficiently with stakeholders
Person Specification:
Skills:
- Experience in the Built Environment
- Understanding of construction safety standards
- Proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal abilities
Other Factors:
- Construction Qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC, Degree)
- Industry-recognized safety certification
- Completion of Safety Training Scheme
- Effective communication skills
- Full UK Driving License
- SC and/or DV clearance
