Role Overview:

The primary responsibility is to manage health and safety protocols during the construction phase of EMCOR UK projects.

Duties:

  • Engage with clients and other stakeholders
  • Develop Construction Phase Plans
  • Coordinate contractors for compliance
  • Conduct site inductions and safety briefings
  • Ensure site security and welfare facilities
  • Assist in project execution
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Oversee installations effectively
  • Comply with safety regulations
  • Participate in internal training
  • Operate in a secure environment
  • Communicate proficiently with stakeholders

Person Specification:

Skills:

  • Experience in the Built Environment
  • Understanding of construction safety standards
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal abilities

Other Factors:

  • Construction Qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC, Degree)
  • Industry-recognized safety certification
  • Completion of Safety Training Scheme
  • Effective communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License
  • SC and/or DV clearance
