Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Outreach Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, focusing on Maths and English skills development. The tutor will work closely with our team to assess student needs, develop personalized learning plans, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, focusing on Maths and English skills development
- Assess student needs and develop personalized learning plans
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons, using a range of teaching strategies and resources
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless support and communication
- Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans as needed
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with ADHD, ASD, and Autism
- Strong understanding of SEN and ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
