Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Sherdley Court in Rainhill. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to service users, including personal care, medication administration, and domestic tasks.
- Create a warm and caring environment that makes service users feel seen and valued.
- Work collaboratively with the team to tailor support to each individual's unique needs.
- Tackle challenges with determination and courage, knowing that your presence brings comfort to those who need it most.
