Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Sherdley Court in Rainhill. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to embody our core values of kindness, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care and support to our service users.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with domestic tasks. You will create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued. You will also have the opportunity to tailor your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.
Qualifications
It's not necessary to have prior industry experience or specific qualifications for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported with on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
