Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Professional to join our team as an HR Officer. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality service to Academies, schools, and designations within the Great Heights Academy Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of HR in providing a comprehensive HR service to the Trust
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and advice to staff on HR-related matters
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in the Education sector
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
