About Manrose

Manrose, a leading manufacturer of domestic extractor fans, ducting, and ventilation accessories, is part of Volution Ventilation UK. We trade with all major UK electrical wholesalers and are the brand leaders in the 4" extractor fan market.

Job Profile:

As the Area Sales Manager (Central South), you will be responsible for building relationships with Electrical wholesalers, Builders Merchants, Heating & Ventilation accounts, and OEM accounts within the South Central region. Your primary goal will be to identify growth opportunities to increase sales within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development (70%): Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, and drive sales growth.
  • Market Development and Communications (30%): Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Sales Director, to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale/Builders Merchant market is desirable
  • Industry experience in technical/HVAC is beneficial, with training provided
  • A team player with a flexible attitude to work
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Manual driving license
