We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Living Ltd. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of the apartment and lifestyle.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
- Liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
- Work within a dynamic sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Churchill Living Ltd.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in selling face-to-face with customers, with a focus on relationship building and customer needs.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proactive approach to sales and marketing, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Valid UK Driver's Licence, in the event of visiting customers away from the site.
