About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Manrose, a leading manufacturer of ventilation solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including electrical wholesalers, builders merchants, and OEMs
  • Present product promotions and gain new listings with trade customers
  • Work closely with the sales director to achieve company budgets and targets
  • Attend quarterly sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience in the electrical wholesale or builders merchant market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Manual driving license
