Position Overview

The Channel Operational Support role is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position involves collaborating with the Senior Channel Manager to refine strategies that optimize product accessibility, marketing emphasis, and sales efficiency across targeted vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver outstanding revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Channel Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance product access and sales efficiency.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing team to promote top-tier solutions through our strategic channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with sales operations to evaluate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous performance enhancement.
  • Tactical Implementation: Execute tactical initiatives to boost sales through channels, employing tailored strategies for specific regions.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, implementing innovative techniques to enhance insights and drive focused actions.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, with a keen eye for identifying areas for ongoing enhancement.
  • Effective task management and prioritization skills, successfully leading initiatives based on available resources and critical needs.
  • Understanding of key business success factors, including pricing strategies, compensation structures, and process improvement decisions.
  • Commercial experience in a sales environment, supporting sales teams with a solid grasp of the analytical framework necessary for operating a commercial organization.
Experience Requirements
  • Relevant experience, preferably with a degree in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cultivate effective relationships that drive internal and partner actions.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with sales force automation software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for regional and national meetings.
  • A proactive approach to achieving objectives, showcasing high motivation and a commitment to delivering quality work.
