A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Daytime Hours Chef to join our small but popular Brunch Cafe in Gloucester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for cooking our delicious brunch and lunch menu to order, supporting the planning of new seasonal menu items, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking the brunch and lunch menu to order
  • Supporting the planning of new seasonal menu items
  • Maintaining stock levels, communicating with suppliers, and placing orders
  • Keeping SFBB records such as fridge temperature, cleaning, and waste

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role or environment
  • Great customer service skills, as the kitchen is open and customer-facing
  • Ability to work as part of a small, friendly team
