Key Responsibilities

As a T&C Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the performance and competency of Planners and supporting development across the Financial Planning Team.

Key Duties
  • Supervise IFA's in line with FCA training and competence requirements
  • Identify training requirements for the IFA's
  • Conduct quarterly KPI meetings with all IFA's and 1-2-1's
  • Deliver training for the Planners and wider team, to improve the quality of advice given
  • Organise individual training plans
  • Analyse KPI information
  • Document records on all requirements
  • Prepare a quarterly report on all aspects of the team
  • Carry out pre and post new business file checks
  • Carry out annual review file checks
  • Sit in client meetings for observation
