About You

We're looking for authentic and passionate hard workers who aren't afraid to be themselves and are driven to develop a career in Marketing, with a specific interest in Public Relations being a plus. We'll be providing you with comprehensive learning and development delivered by our in-house experts and underpinned by external training.

The Role

Some of the things you'll do:

  • Create press materials (press releases, news stories, case studies, etc.)
  • Pitch stories and feature ideas to journalists across print, broadcast, and online media
  • Support client meetings
  • Create reactive news stories using client product/data
  • Evaluate campaigns effectively using PR, Social Media, and SEO tools
  • Respond to enquiries from journalists and identify newsjacking opportunities
  • Highlight key online influencers through a mix of channels
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation documents
  • Brainstorm creative ideas

  • Creative thinking

  • An ability to secure results independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of supporting digital PR accounts and campaigns is essential
  • Experience of traditional and events would be beneficial
  • Experience of developing more junior team members and supporting line manager
  • Strong media relations skills
  • An understanding of the media across B2C and B2B publications
  • Excellent time management
  • Some knowledge of SEO and social media and how the channels integrate with PR
