As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating bespoke and luxury travel itineraries to Asia, providing exceptional customer service, and working to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sell luxury travel packages to high-end clients
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on luxury travel destinations and products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to increase product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous luxury travel sales/reservations experience gained within a travel agency or tour operator
  • Working knowledge of luxury travel products and destinations in Asia
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility with regard to shifts, to include some weekends and evenings
