Job Title: Travel Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the firm's global business travel requirements, supporting the Premises & Travel Operations Manager in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers, and conducting related travel administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the firm's end-to-end travel process, from booking to reimbursement, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate and deliver travel reporting, including statistical, financial, and environmental reports, using various reporting tools.
  • Track and provide regular updates on travel expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to firm policies.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet the travel needs of the firm, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor spend against the firm's travel budgets, ensuring business travel requests are within budget.
  • Interface with the firm's Travel Management Company, acting as the internal escalation point for issue resolution and service development.
  • Manage feedback on travel suppliers or systems, ensuring successful resolution of complaints or disputes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Corporate environment, preferably in the travel industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Resilient and willing to work flexibly to meet client needs.
